Know what every client still owes you.

SchemaCPA collects every document your clients send, reads it, checks it against last year, and tells you what’s missing before you open the return.

Extraction is the easy part. Chasing paper isn’t.

Most document tools stop once the numbers are read. SchemaCPA covers the work around it: getting the documents in, knowing which ones are still out, and making sure nothing is counted twice.

Collect
Each client gets one upload link. Email attachments, phone photos and portal downloads all land in the same file.
Classify
Every page is sorted by document type, issuer and period, so a 40-page PDF dump becomes a tidy list.
Compare with last year
Last year’s return sets the checklist. If a 1099-B came in last year and hasn’t this year, you’ll know.
Catch duplicates
The same invoice forwarded twice or the same W-2 scanned twice is flagged, not double-counted.
Reconcile
Statement balances are tied out month to month, and gaps in a run of statements are called out.
Export
Send clean data to Excel or CSV today. QuickBooks Online and Xero connections are on the roadmap.

One engine for the whole client folder.

Tax forms are only part of what lands on your desk. SchemaCPA reads the bookkeeping and payroll paper too, each with its own schema and its own checks.
